Mark has enjoyed practicing law for over 50 years. His clients and other lawyers regard him as knowledgeable, pragmatic and personable. He has significant experience advising private clients and businesses on property, family and commercial matters, and wills, trusts and estates.
Mark is a member of Rotary and holds various offices as a director and trustee. He has
close ties to the Chinese community and speaks Cantonese. He is a fervent Hurricanes, All Blacks and Black Caps supporter and enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Mark is based in our Wellington office.
Mark’s past experience includes:
- Acting for private clients, businesses and trust entities on all aspects of property;
- Sales and purchases;
- Advising family trusts and estates on all matters of administration; and
- Acting on complex property, family trust, matrimonial and estate disputes.
