Senior Solicitor
May-Ana is a senior solicitor who advises people on their wills and enduring powers of
attorney, commercial leases and incorporated societies’ constitutions and governance
documents. May-Ana has a particular interest in Elder Law including Occupation Right Agreements.
She is currently a board member of The Whitireia Foundation and has previously held
governance roles with several commercial and charitable entities.
May-Ana has post graduate degrees in English literature and is a keen writer.
May-Ana is based in our Porirua office.
