Mark Chiu is our Notary Public and is based in our Wellington office.
The estimated cost for notarisation is:
• A base fee of $150 plus GST (with an additional $20 plus GST charge for each additional document) if the documents can be bound together under one certificate.
• Alternatively, it will be a base starting fee of $150 plus GST for each document if the documents require separate certificates.
Mark will confirm the fee when he sees the documents at your appointment.
Please bring the original document/s you are needing to be notarised already printed, as well as your Passport with you to the appointment. We do not offer printing services.
This appointment will usually only take around 15 minutes, however, may vary depending on the complexity of the documents.
We settle payment through our eftpos machine on the day of the appointment.
